Shipping & Delivery Policy

Our orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Manchester, UK, with operations running 7 days a week (excluding bank holidays). We strive to ship all orders on the same day if placed before our daily cut-off times. Order by 6:30pm Monday–Friday or 12:00pm (noon) on Saturday/Sunday for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after these cut-off times (or on non-operating days) will be dispatched on the next working day. Please note that BritAces currently ships to UK addresses only, and international shipping is not offered at this time. All delivery services are fully tracked, ensuring you can monitor your package from dispatch to delivery.

EVRI 48-Hour Tracked

• Cut-off: Order before 6:30pm Monday–Thursday for delivery on the next working day (Mon–Fri). (Orders placed after Thursday 6:30pm or on Friday will ship next working day, for delivery on Monday.)

• Delivery Time: Next working day after dispatch (deliveries Mon–Fri; no Sunday or bank holiday delivery). For weekend delivery, please use the Saturday service.

• Service: Fully tracked with a 1-hour delivery window; signature on delivery (or designated safe-place) available.

• Cost: £4.99 per order.

DPD Saturday Delivery Tracked

• Cut-off: Order before 6:30pm Monday–Friday for delivery on the upcoming Saturday. (If a Saturday delivery attempt is unsuccessful, DPD will reattempt on the following Saturday.)

• Delivery Time: Guaranteed Saturday delivery slot.

• Service: Fully tracked with a 1-hour delivery window; signature on delivery (or safe-place option) available.

• Cost: £9.50 per order.

Additional Information

• UK-Only Shipping: We ship orders to addresses within the UK only (no international shipping).

• Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed by the cut-off times will be dispatched the same day; orders after the cut-off (or on bank holidays) go out the next working day.

• Tracking & Notifications: All services are fully tracked. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. We may also provide your phone and/or email to the courier for tracking updates and delivery notifications.

• Upgraded Shipping: At our discretion, we may upgrade your postage option for high-value or heavy orders to a faster service at no extra cost.

• Delivery Times: Quoted delivery times are estimates. While most orders arrive on time, unforeseen delays (weather, peak periods, courier issues, etc.) can occur.

• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly. We cannot replace or resend orders at our expense if an incorrect address was provided.

• Delayed or Missing Orders: If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate the issue. (All shipments are insured and trackable, and we will assist in resolving any delivery problems.)
